Caesar Cipher
A Caesar cipher replaces each letter with the letter a fixed number of places further along the alphabet, wrapping round from Z back to A.
Write a program that inputs a word made only of **uppercase** letters (A-Z), then inputs a shift value between 0 and 25. Output the encrypted word.
For example, `HELLO` with a shift of 3 becomes `KHOOR`, and `XYZ` with a shift of 3 becomes `ABC`.
Hint: the ASCII code for `A` is 65 and for `Z` is 90.
Example Input
HELLO
3
Example Output
KHOOR
0% (0 passed / 0 attempted)
